I had podpress working great. But then I created a post with 4 different podcast within it. Itunes did not recognize any of them. So I then deleted the post and created a new post for each podcast. Itunes still does not see the updates.
If I look at my feed:

it is very slow but eventually comes up.
If I try and validate it I get a "Server Timed Out"

if I use other validators I get success:

I get a "< HTTP/1.1 200 OK" when I curl the url.
is the speed of my feed causing the lack of update? if so how do I speed this up?
